    We deliver Australia Wide, and depending on your area we may utilise any of the following couriers, <br/ > Fast Way, Australia Post, Couriers Please, or TNT.<br/ > We will email details when your order is dispatched and this will include the tracking number to assist in tracking your order.

    Please keep in mind you must sign for your delivery during business hours, so please provide an appropriate delivery address as otherwise this may cause delays.

    We do not guarrantee a delivery date as your order is 3rd party delivered, however we would be happy to provide a courier delivery estimate.

    PLEASE NOTE - All orders will take approximately 3-5 business days to be completed, plus the delivery time to your area. If there are delays with receiving an approval of your label design this may cause additional delays with your order.


  • Replacements


    While we take every effort to pack your items well for transport, in cases of hot weather, we recommend express shipping. Please contact us for a quote.

    Please follow these instructions to be covered for replacement of goods damaged in transit.

    • Please check your items BEFORE signing for them.
    • If your items have been damaged in transit, please notify us immediately so we can take the necessary steps to replace your goods for you. You will need to provide photos of your damaged items.
